Summer Camps and Events

Brookwood Cheerleading is excited to host your rising K-8th graders at our summer day camp: Cheerleader for a Day!

Each participant will learn cheerleading basics like motions and jumps along with a cheer and dance from our BHS Cheerleaders. Camp will conclude with a performance for the parents before we dismiss. Each camper will receive a t-shirt and bow if they sign-up by the June 15th deadline. Lunch and snacks will also be provided. We cannot wait to see you there!

Tuesday, May 26 & Wednesday, May 27 - Five Forks Middle School Rising 6th Grade SummerFest - Tour the building, meet teachers & classmates, hands-on activities, exciting lessons! Sign up on MyPaymentsPlus by April 30th. Time: 8 AM to 12 PM

Attention Current 5th Graders/Rising 6th Graders:

This summer the Five Forks Media Center invites you to borrow up to five books of your choice. All students who participate in the Take 5 Books for Summer Reading initiative will be invited to our Back to School Reading Celebration at the beginning of next school year. Students who participate will also be entered into a drawing to win prizes.

The winners will be drawn during the reading celebration! In order to check out books for the summer, you must meet the following criteria: be a rising 6th grade student for Five Forks Middle School for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. Bring the signed permission to check out books on May 12 or May 13, 2026.

Don't miss Maxwell's educational and fun summer camp for current middle school students interested in exploring careers! Maxwell High School of Technology is hosting a four-day camp with hands-on learning activities in a variety of different programs!

When: May 26-May 29 from 8 AM to 12 PM

Register: $125 Non-refundable paid through MyPaymentsPlus. Programs will close on MPP immediately once they are filled.

Details: Summer Art Camp for Head Elementary students. Activities will include fun crafts, drawing, sculpting, painting, and more! Register on MyPaymentsPlus.
