The majority of our Head Elementary students will attend Five Forks Middle School in 6th grade.
However, if your student will be attending Crews Middle School next year, please visit the Crews Middle School website for more information.

A Note from Five Forks Middle School
We cordially extend an invitation for you to attend our Rising 6th Grade Parent Informational Night on Tuesday, March 11th, 2025 at 6:00 PM in the Five Forks Middle School Cafeteria.
Please register your attendance for the meeting by clicking here.
We'll provide an overview of what your child can expect in 6th grade next year to assist them with an exciting and seamless transition to middle school.
