Required Back to School Forms
Orientation forms and parent acknowledgments will be in ParentSquare for the 2026-2027 school year.
Beginning mid-July, required Open House forms, school contributions, and PTA forms will be available online. If you have more than one student at Head ES, you will need to complete the forms for each student separately. Visit your ParentSquare account to complete this process.

Open House
To prepare for our Open House/Registration Day on Thursday, July 30th, please review the time slots for your visit. Adhering to these times will ensure that we have enough parking for everyone.
Open House will be on Thursday, July 30th. Please arrive during your assigned time below based on your student's last name.
(A-I) 8:00 – 9:00
(J-Q) 9:15 – 10:15
(R-Z) 10:30 – 11:30
Student supply lists are available and are individualized for each grade level. Parents may drop off supplies in the classroom during Open House.
Curriculum Night
When: Tuesday, August 25 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
For Curriculum Night, we are doing a "flipped" model. This means you will receive the presentation BEFORE Curriculum Night to watch at your leisure. You will receive these video links a week prior to our Curriculum Night which will be held on August 26th.

Please watch all videos prior to our Curriculum Night.
We will use the time at Curriculum Night for an optional drop-in Q&A session. Classroom teachers, special area teachers, gifted teachers, and other support teachers will all be available for you to drop by. This will allow you to see all of your child’s teachers within the 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM time frame. This night will be for all grade levels K-5. Come by at any time within that window that works for you!
Please refrain from moving in to a conference with the teacher about your child. Teachers will not be able to conference about a particular child's situation, but a conference may be scheduled at any time! This time is all about answering any questions you have about the classroom policies or procedures and any information found in the Curriculum Night presentation.
