Dear Head Elementary Supporter,

Head Elementary School is focused on the Brookwood Tradition of Excellence. We would like to partner with you and seek your help to sponsor various programs within the school for students and staff.

Each year, we continue to build a community of high achievers and have many projects that we would like support for. If you are able to help contribute towards one of the projects below, your financial gift would be appreciated. As we work to maintain a School of Excellence, we recognize our teachers are dedicated and vital to our success. Each year we like to give various tokens of appreciation to our teachers for the many hours over and above the call of duty for their efforts.

Businesses that participate in our partnership program benefit in many ways.

School projects and recognition that need funding:

• Classroom Libraries – with a focus on creating an environment of readers and writers, it is important to help teachers build their classroom libraries ($500/classroom)
• Accelerated Reader celebration and prizes ($500)
• Post-it Notes/table Flip Charts – these are used daily for students as they read, helping increase comprehension ($100/classroom)
• PBIS Incentives ($500 per semester)
• Breakfast for teacher work days ($1,000)
• Lunch for teachers ($1,500)
• Fifth Grade Field Trip ($1,000)

If you are able to help with a financial donation, please make your tax deductible contribution payable to Head Elementary School. To specify a project to fund, please list that in the note section.
